The LabVIEW drivers and LabVIEW sample programs provided on this page ("SOFTWARE") are driver software for ADC's measuring instruments to be used in LabVIEW by National Instruments.
When using the SOFTWARE, the relevant ADC's measuring instrument, LabVIEW, a USB cable to be connected to your computer, and etc., are required. Also, read the Readme to check the operating environment beforehand.
If you use the USB, install the NI-VISA and uninstall the ADC's measuring instruments USB driver.
The software version of the measuring instrument must conform to the NI-VISA. For how to update the version, contact us.
When downloading the SOFTWARE, read the following "SOFTWARE License Agreement." By installing the SOFTWARE, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this SOFTWARE License Agreement.
SOFTWARE License Agreement
All rights in and to the SOFTWARE (including, but not limited to, copyright) shall be and remain vested in ADC Corp.
(1) You may copy, modify, or change, all or any part of, the SOFTWARE without permission from ADC Corp.
(2) You may distribute those products of the SOFTWARE only free of charge.
In respect of the products of the modified SOFTWARE, the copyright shall belong to the modifier.
ADC Corp. is not liable (1) for any SOFTWARE failures which may arise out of any misuse of the SOFTWARE (misuse is deemed to be use of the SOFTWARE For any purposes other than those described in the manual) or (2) for any dispute between you and any third party for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, infringement of intellectual property rights.
The SOFTWARE is governed by the laws of Japan.
Customer support from ADC Corp.
ADC Corp. does not provide any customer support for the SOFTWARE. Also, the SOFTWARE is subject to change without notice to enhance its performance and functions.
LabVIEW control has been evaluated under limited conditions, however, ADC Corp. does not guarantee that it will work in all cases.
7351A/E (ADC commads version)
LabVIEW ver 8.x, for GPIB/USB (The USB version is compatible with software version C01 or later.)
7352A/7352E I-V measurement
Performs current measurement on channel A and voltage measurement on channel B by 2-channel synchronous measurement. The measured data is displayed in a current-voltage graph and a table format. This program is compatible with LabVIEW ver 8.x and software version A01 or later.
6241A Solar cell measurement
Measure solar cell modules by the linear sweep function of voltage source current measurement and captures measured data. The measured data is displayed in voltage-current and voltage-output graphs and a table format. This program is compatible with LabVIEW ver 8.x and software version A00 or later.
6241A I-V curve tracer
Applies bias voltage or current by one 6241A while sweeping voltage or current by the other 6241A, and captures measured data. The measured data is displayed in a voltage-current graph. This program is compatible with LabVIEW ver 8.x and software version A00 or later.
6241A/6242 Low-resistance measurement
Performs current source voltage measurement using the 6241 or 6242, finds the resistance values based on the measured voltage values, and displays them graphically. This program is compatible with LabVIEW ver 8.x and software version A00 or later.
6245/6246 VS-IM measurement
① Voltage source current measurement using the DC measurement function ② Performes voltage source and current measurement by using the fixed sweep function, and displayed measured data in a graph and a table format. ③ Performes voltage source and current measurement by using the linear sweep function, and displayed measured data in a graph and a table format.
This program is compatible with LabVIEW ver 8.x.
