The 12604 is connected to the 5450/5451 to measure the insulation resistance of chip capacitors. With the tweezers-like shape, small chip components can be measured easily and efficiently. In particular the A08076 (optional) shield measurement plate is Teflon-coated, allowing measurement with little inductive noise.
